  1. Q: What do the numbers after each category or state in the search and browse menus mean?

    A: These numbers represent the number of events in each category or state.


  • NOTE: All sponsorship accounts are good through December 31 of the current calendar year. If a sponsor account is not renewed, all events for that sponsor are deactivated.

  1. Q: Can I edit my events after placement?

    A: Events displayed online can be edited at any time during the life of the event. Events exported from this system for placement in print can not be edited after they've been exported.

  2. Q: Do I have to pay by credit card?

    A: Our payment process is secure and encrypted for your security; if you wish to pay by check instead you may do so.

  3. Q: Can I add photos to my event?

    A: Events displayed online include two photos with captions for event detail and two photos with captions for instructor detail. They must be in JPEG or GIF format. Print ads do not include photos.

  4. Q: If I purchase an annual sponsor subscription, can I cancel and get a refund?

    A: Once a sponsor account is established in the system, it is nonrefundable.

  5. Q: Can I add photos, borders or other features to my print events?

    A: Print events are text only listings and do not contain photos or borders. Platinum sponsor events are bolded in print..
